A: Each Pouty Pou Pal is made with delicate, high-quality fabrics and stuffing, so we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking or machine washing, as this can affect the plush’s shape and quality.

Q: When will my order ship, and how long will it take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days in the U.S., and international delivery times vary from 7-21 business days. You’ll receive tracking information to monitor its progress.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Additional shipping fees apply to international orders, and delivery times are longer. Customs duties and taxes may also apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at our Contact Page. We will do our best to accommodate requests made within 24 hours of ordering.

Q: Do you make custom plushies?
A: Currently, we do not offer custom orders. However, we’re always working on new designs to add to our collection!
